Coffee Green Bean

I've started Roasting my own coffee from Green Coffee Beans, for the last few months.
I found it to be very easy and satisfing to do.
The coffee is far and away better than anything that comes from where ever
You are getting your Java Break from.
The types of coffee beans is extensive, the cost is on par
(w/ shipping costs) to "StarBucks Stuff" and you will taste a diffence.


I use a PopCorn Whirlly to roast the beans, with set-up probably takes 30-45 min to roast 2, 1/2bags of different green bean. Enough for a weeks worth of great fresh coffee.

This antique phonograph was made in the early 1920's
It has a crank on the side, which drives a hefty-spring, which turns the turntable for a while.
It has a rather soothing sound in a 1920's kinda way....

This Weeks Salmon Dinner

I made dinner for Sonja and myself.
It was a great effort on my part...
A baked Salmon Steak on a bed of Sage Bread crumbs.
A huge local beefy tomato slice spread with tangy mustard and a slice of Cheese.
Together with Fresh Steamed Summer Squash..
A great satisfing Dinner.
